THE WORKOUTS

Do I need equipment for the workouts?

All of our workouts are designed to be used without equipment. However, certain workouts or exercises can be intensified by using equipment. But of course, if you don’t want to use equipment, that’s also fine.

If I choose to use props, what do you recommend?

1kg or 1.5kg dumbbells (about 2-3 lbs), a loop band & yoga block. Ankle weights are optional in some sessions as well. For our Barre classes, we recommend using a sturdy stool, chair, table, or whatever else you can find, that hits at about elbow height.

Are the workouts safe if I'm pregnant or recently had a baby?

We offer pre and postnatal classes designed specifically for new moms and moms to be. Jacqui has also provided tips on how to alter other classes to fit your needs both on our website and during the workouts themselves. We recommend watching our pre or post-natal intro videos before starting your class.

How familiar do I need to be with Pilates to do these classes?

You don't need any Pilates experience to get started! Our Pilates Essential classes will help you learn and perfect the techniques you need.

Is there a weekly workout schedule i can follow?

Yes! You can find our new weekly schedules uploaded every Monday on our Instagram @thepilatesclass.

SUBSCRIPTIONS & BILLING

What does the subscription include?

Your subscription includes:
Access to the full library of Pilates Classes including barre, cardio & more!
New classes published weekly
Pre and Postnatal essential classes
Men’s stretch and pilates classes
Beginner, intermediate, and experienced level options

Does my subscription automatically renew?

Yes, the billing cycle is monthly from your first payment date (or yearly if you’re on the annual plan).

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription anytime. No hidden fees and you’ll have access until the end of that billing cycle.

Can I pause my subscription?

Yes, if you're on a monthly plan and you need to take some time off for whatever reason, you can pause your subscription for up to three months. 

How do I cancel or pause?

Login to your account at studio.thepilatesclass.com and click on the circular profile icon in the top right corner. A dropdown will appear where you can select 'Manage Subscription.'

To cancel:

  • On your Manage Subscription page, select the "Cancel" option, confirm your choice and you're all set! You won't be charged again but will be able to access the videos until the end of your current billing cycle.
  • When you cancel, you'll receive an email confirming this. If you don't receive the email, double check that your subscription shows as "Canceled" in your settings. If it does, then you're all set!

To pause:

  • On your Manage Subscription page, select the "Pause" option.
  • You'll be able to pause for the time frame that works best for you: either 1, 2, or 3 months. After this timeframe is over, you will be charged again.

Can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, we're not able to offer refunds at this time. If you'd like to discuss your subscription or account with us personally, you can reach out at customerservice@thepilatesclass.com.

THE TPC MAT

NOURISH ME GUIDE

Is Nourish Me planted based? Do you offer gluten and dairy free recipes? As well as substitutions?

Nourish Me is completely vegetarian with vegan, gluten free, dairy free and protein substitutes provided.


The recipes are super easy to substitute with your preferred ingredient whether that be your preferred non-dairy milk, flax eggs instead of regular eggs, adding prawns instead of tofu. We offer many substitutes just like this in the guide for you.  

Can I add additional ingredients to the recipes?

Of course! This guide encourages you to be experimental with your cooking and the recipes are easily modifiable to suit any dietary requirements or preferences! You can add any additional ingredients that you would like to make these recipes your own.

For the weekly meals plan which weekly schedule would be best to follow along with.

 Everyone is different and everybody is different. Through following this 30-day guide, you will be fuelling your body with nutrient dense foods to support your Pilates practice. Whether you prefer the chill-satisfying schedule or satisfying-intense schedule, this guide equips you with healthy recipes to fuel your body. Of course, if you are exercising more, your body needs additional nutrients to replenish your muscles and for this reason, you can adjust your portion size accordingly.

Is this nutritional guide pre/postnatal friendly?

The guide is full nutrient dense rich foods, however, we recommend consulting with your doctor to ensure the foods are right for you and your baby during this exciting time.

Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer refunds on this product as it is a digital product that cannot be returned. The product description is clear and outlines what to expect when purchasing the guide. For this reason, we cannot issue a refund.
