“I was 50 a couple of years ago and hated what I saw. So spent all last year with a personal trainer focusing on eating and exercise. Was a terrific focus through lockdown here in Sydney. Towards the end of the year my long term back issues were flaring up again and I realized I needed to focus on core strength and Pilates. I jumped on to start the year with the January Challenge. It seemed like a great natural progression in my journey and so pleased I did. I'll admit these days now that work is back, the week is busy and it's hard - but I just hear Jacqui's voice in my head just get on the mat for like 5 mins and sometimes that's all it is. This morning I did the Knee Alignment and 6m Abs. Trying to keep the pain away!! Anything is possible I tell myself...”

“I needed to share a moment of appreciation for The Pilates Class. It has been a part of my routine now throughout many life changes including pregnancy and post natal care. Unlike other exercise and pilates schedules I’ve followed in the past I never followed in the past I never feel guilt or pressure when I have to step away for periods of time.
