Satisfy your cookie cravings!
Makes 8 cookies

Cooking Time: 12 minutes
INGREDIENTS:
⅔ cup almond meal
½ cup rolled oats
2 heaped tbsp almond butter
2 heaped tbsp tahini
4 tbsp almond milk
4 tbsp maple syrup
¾ cup dark chocolate
1 tsp baking powder
pinch rock salt
1 tsp vanilla
METHOD:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F/170°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
2. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir with a wooden spoon. If the mixture is too dry, add some more almond milk. If it’s too wet, add more almond meal. The dough should hold its shape. Use your hands to roll the mixture into small balls and place them onto a lined baking tray.
3. Bake for 12 minutes or until golden. Allow to cool on a cooling rack and garnish with extra chocolate on top!
JACQUI'S TIP:
Make sure you keep some extra chocolate to garnish on top while the cookies are still hot! Enjoy these while they are still warm so you get that delicious melted chocolate. Sometimes I enjoy these with a glass of milk or ice cream.
