Our Classes

The Pilates Essentials classes are your everyday go-to pilates flow. Perfect for all beginners, this class is designed to lengthen, align and sculpt. We take time in these classes to focus on technique and breathing. You’ll leave feeling connected within your body and relaxed within your mind.

The Pilates Body classes are our signature flow, targeting the full body. Designed to strengthen your core, lengthen and balance your body, tone and sculpt your assets- these classes will get your heart up, have you breaking a sweat and feeling the burn.

The Pilates Goals classes focus on those areas that can always do with that extra love and attention, you guessed it... arms, abs and booty! You’ll be feeling the burn but in all the right places. We’re working to lift the booty, sculpt and strengthen the tummy and tone the arms.

The Pilates Barre classes are an elegant combination of pilates and ballet that is designed to lengthen your whole body and help you find your centre. It also includes targeted bursts to the core, arms and booty. These classes are made for the female form and accentuates and tones all of your womanly features.

The Pilates HIIT classes will have you buzzing from an endorphin hit. Good for your general health, heart, blood flow and weight loss- HIIT is proven to reduce stress and anxiety and even help you sleep better! The Pilates Stretch classes are a gift from you to your body. A moment to let go, breathe and centre. Flow through our full body stretch before or after a workout, in the morning or at night to feel rejuvenated, relaxed and aligned.

Our Technique classes focus on mastering the fundamentals of Pilates. Perfect for beginners or anyone looking to refine their form, these sessions break down each movement to help you understand proper alignment, control, and muscle activation. The Pilates Calm classes are about wellbeing and giving yourself some time to connect to your mind, body and breath. Our reformer classes are designed to build strength and flexibility whilst utilizing the resistance from the reformer machine. The machine will get you into the correct alignment and will challenge your pilates exercise with the springs, straps and foot bar! Get ready to burn, shake and balance!

Our Prenatal classes are designed to support and empower moms-to-be through every stage of pregnancy. With gentle, safe, and strengthening movements, these sessions help relieve back pain, maintain mobility, and prepare your body for labor and birth. Each class encourages connection to your body, your baby, and your breath, leaving you feeling strong, supported, and nurtured.

Our Postnatal classes are created to gently guide new moms back to movement. Focusing on rebuilding core strength, stability, and posture, these sessions support recovery and help you reconnect with your body after birth.
