Jacqui's Method
My focus as a Pilates instructor is making the most of your workout through focusing on technique and posture. By honing in on technique, your workouts will become more effective, meaning you’ll see better results in less time. My method uses low impact, high repetition movements that lengthen and tone but also give that deep burn in all the right places.
