The Workouts

All of our workouts are designed to be completed without equipment. However, certain workouts or exercises can be intensified by using equipment. But of course, if you don’t want to use equipment, that’s also fine.

1kg or 1.5kg dumbbells (about 2-3 lbs), a loop band & yoga block. Ankle weights are optional in some sessions as well. For our Barre classes, we recommend using a sturdy stool, chair, table, or whatever else you can find, that hits at about elbow height.

We offer pre and postnatal classes designed specifically for new moms and moms to be. Jacqui has also provided tips on how to alter other classes to fit your needs both on our website and during the workouts themselves. We recommend watching our pre or post-natal intro videos before starting your class.

You don't need any Pilates experience to get started! Our Pilates Essential classes will help you learn and perfect the techniques you need.

Yes, the billing cycle is monthly from your first payment date (or yearly if you’re on the annual plan).

You will have to cancel your membership before the billing cycle date. You can locate the date in your account setting under “Billing/Subscription”

Yes, if you're on a monthly plan and you need to take some time off for whatever reason, you can pause your membership for 30, 60,or 90 days. Please be advised the auto payment renewal will occur once the pause trial ends.

If you have purchased the annual plan, unfortunately, you cannot pause an active membership or be reimbursed partially for the remaining months.

To cancel:
Login to your account via the site https://studio.thepilatesclass.com/account/subscription
Proceed to click “Cancel My Subscription”
When you cancel, you'll receive an email confirming this. If you don't receive the email, double check that your membership shows as "Canceled” and the expiration date stated above. If it does, then you're all set!

To pause:
Login to your account https://studio.thepilatesclass.com/account/subscription
Proceed to click “Pause My Subscription”
You have the option to select 30, 60, or 90 days.
Auto payment renewal will occur once the pause trial ends. The new renewal date will be stated above in your account setting.

TPC Recipe Guides

Energize Me & Nourish Me recipe guides are completely vegetarian with vegan, gluten free, dairy free and protein substitutes provided.

The recipes are super easy to substitute with your preferred ingredient whether that be your preferred non-dairy milk, flax eggs instead of regular eggs, adding prawns instead of tofu. We offer many substitutes just like this in the guide for you.

Of course! This guide encourages you to be experimental with your cooking and the recipes are easily modifiable to suit any dietary requirements or preferences! You can add any additional ingredients that you would like to make these recipes your own.

Everyone is different and everybody is different. Through following this 30-day guide, you will be fuelling your body with nutrient dense foods to support your Pilates practice. Whether you prefer the chill-satisfying schedule or satisfying-intense schedule, this guide equips you with healthy recipes to fuel your body. Of course, if you are exercising more, your body needs additional nutrients to replenish your muscles and for this reason, you can adjust your portion size accordingly.

The guide is full nutrient dense rich foods, however, we recommend consulting with your doctor to ensure the foods are right for you and your baby during this exciting time.

For US we offer Free Shipping for orders over USD $150, Standard Shipping $8, or Domestic Express 2-Day Shipping is available for $15.
International shipping cost is calculated and displayed during checkout. Estimation varies depending on the country you are located.

APPAREL:
- We happily accept returns for apparel in original condition (unused, unworn, and unaltered) with tags attached for a refund. All return requests must be made within 14 business days after the date of delivery. The refund will then be processed within 14 business days from the date of the return package. We can only process a refund back to your original payment method and we do not refund any shipping fees. We do not provide return labels nor cover any cost incurred when shipping back your return.
