Preparation time: 5 minutes
¾ cup almond milk (or your milk of choice)
½ cup frozen blueberries
1 cup frozen banana
½ cup frozen strawberries
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp manuka honey
1 tbsp collagen powder (optional)
Blend all ingredients in a high powered blender for 30 seconds, or until creamy.

You literally can't taste it, but there are so many health benefits with collagen power: it’s great for skin elasticity AND it replenishes and rebuilds muscles after a workout.
