On a warm Summer’s day in the heart of Sydney, Australia, we kicked off the first event of our highly anticipated TPC Community World Tour! Hosted at The Grounds of Alexandria, 100 of our beautiful TPC members gathered to sweat, meditate and chat about all things health and wellness.
The day began with a 45 minute full body workout led by none other than our incredible co-founder and head trainer, Jacqui Kingswell. With elements of HIIT, boxing, yoga and dance paired to the beat of feel-good music, TPC members felt the burn and sweat it out in our very first live class. The endorphins were flowing and the energy in the room was electric!
After class, Aubrey of @theloveassembly took the stage to lead a 10 minute sound bath to calm the body, ground the mind and center the spirit. Her soothing voice and the healing sounds took Jacqui and the TPC members to a meditative state and left everyone feeling both relaxed and recharged.
TPC co-founders, Natasha Oakley and Jacqui Kingswell, then led a Q&A session where no question was off limits! They discussed all things health, wellness, business and friendship and got to know the TPC members in attendance. Creating these connections was such a surreal experience and both Natasha and Jacqui hold this moment extremely close to their hearts.
One of the most special outcomes of the event was seeing all of the TPC members create new friendships and bond over a fresh juice or warm coffee from our cart. TPC is all about community so watching our members foster new relationships and find like minded friends was more than we could have ever asked for. It made the entire TPC team so emotional to witness this first hand and experience the love, positivity and strength flowing around the room at our first ever in-person event. YOU are the reason we work so hard to make the platform the best it can be, so this event has motivated us to strive for even more greatness!
After years of planning, hoping, dreaming, and most importantly, working, finally hosting this event was a dream come true! We will never forget our first TPC Tour event and we cannot thank each and every one of our members enough for supporting us. Next stop, Melbourne!
