Class Categories

The Pilates Class Categories make it easy for you to navigate through our studio of online classes.



The Pilates Essential Class is your everyday go-to pilates flow. Perfect for all beginners, this class is designed to lengthen, align and sculpt. We take time in these classes to focus on technique and breathing. You will leave this class feeling good within your body and relaxed within your mind.



The Pilates Body Class is our Signature flow, targeting the full body. Designed to strengthen your core, lengthen and balance your body, tone and sculpt your assets- this class will get your heart up, have you breaking a sweat and feeling the burn.



The Pilates Goals Classes focus on those areas that can always do with that extra love and attention, you guessed it... arms, abs and booty! You’ll be feeling the burn but in all the right places. We’re working to lift the booty, strengthen the tummy and sculpt the arms.



The Pilates Barre Class is an elegant combination of pilates and ballet that is designed to lengthen your whole body and help you find your center. It also includes targeted bursts to the core, arms and booty. This class is made for the female form and accentuates and tones all of your womanly features.



The Pilates Cardio Class will have you buzzing from an endorphin hit. Good for your general health, heart, blood flow and weight loss- cardio is proven to reduce stress and anxiety and even help you sleep better! Blast the music and get ready to sweat from a pilates and cardio combo that will have you coming back for more.



The Pilates Stretch Class is a gift from you to your body. A moment to let go, breathe and center. This series of stretches will improve your posture, flexibility and blood flow but also relieve back and muscle pain, tension headaches and mental stress. Flow through this full body stretch before or after a workout, in the morning or at night to feel rejuvenated, relaxed and aligned.



The Pilates Calm classes are about wellbeing, giving yourself some time to connect to your mind, body and breathe. Bringing you into the present moment and allowing you to disconnect from the world and any stress or anxiety you might have. Take a moment to be calm.



The Pilates pre and postnatal classes are designed specifically for new moms and moms to be. Our 8 week prenatal program will guide you through this special time and teach you the modifications you can apply to all classes on the platform. These classes will help to relieve back pain, maintain your fitness levels and to strengthen and prepare your body for labor and for a quicker recovery. Our 2 week postnatal program has been created especially for new moms to help slowly build strength and stamina while nurturing you back on the mat. We also offer classes that can be done with or without your newborn depending how much time you have that day.
